Q: Lets pretend Global Warming is real, for the sake of this question. How long before the point Earth will become so hot -- it will be painful to live in? Lets define that point as live isn't worth living any more. What is your real opinion?
A: A global warming is real. So is a global cooling. A catastrophic end of the world by global warming due to human activity is false. 120 degrees F, 49 degrees C, is the human pain threshold. I would assume any air temperature above that would make life difficult to impossible for both plant and animal life. If we assume the IPCC end of the world scenario of .6 degrees C increase over that last 100 years is correct it would take 5660 years to get there.
